Returns and Exchanges

Any or all items from your online order that you wish to return must be received by Ella Cru within a period of 14 calendar days of the received delivery date. We cannot accept returns after this period.

Returned products MUST be in the new condition as supplied, unused, unwashed and unworn and include all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any items with any indication that it was used. In such cases the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued, but additional delivery fees may be charged.

To return goods please include the original receipt(or receipts if multiple deliveries) enclosed with your original delivery of goods.

Goods are returned to Ella Cru at your own expense and risk. We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for proof of postage.
